Lady Demeter had been worried about the coming storm. She was standing in the fields and watching the weather. She could see the storm clouds build and the lightening flash across the sky. The thunder rolled and shook the ground. This was no ordinary storm. Something was wrong and she was determined to find out what it was. Persephone had accompanied her on her journey to Mount Olympus to find out what the storm was all about.
After a long walk towards the mountains, Lady Demeter found the passage way to Mount Olympus. It was a magical passage way that only those who could find it could use it. As she entered the great and grand city she could hear the children of Olympus shouting and other Gods and Goddesses alike arguing. She was wondering what was going on. She looked at the temple hall to find Lord Zeus, but he was not there. The entire city was shaking from the thunderous voices of the Gods arguing. But through all this commotion she could not hear Lord Zeus' voice.
"Lord Zeus where are you?" she whispered. "I would like to talk to you." She knew that her voice could be heard no matter how softly she whispered, so she patiently waited for him to come to her and talk.

She stood beside her mother nervously. She really wasn't quite sure what to expect. She had no idea on whether or not Zeus would want her to be with her mother, but she didn't care about that too much. She more or less wanted to get away from her typical world and join her mother on an adventure. It wasn't every day she got to come up to Mount Olympus.
